Procurement Manager for IT Contracts

 

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to oversee complex IT contracts and ensure compliance with procurement, legal, and regulatory frameworks.
  • This role requires strong knowledge of software licensing, cloud services procurement, and IT infrastructure acquisition.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in drafting and managing RFPs, vendor contracts, and SLA frameworks.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and managing complex IT RFPs and vendor contracts.
  • Monitoring compliance with procurement, legal, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Oversight of contract clauses for transition, knowledge transfer, licensing, and ownership of IT assets.
  • Aligning procurement frameworks with enterprise application development and architecture needs.

 

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in procurement and contract management.
  • Strong knowledge of software licensing, cloud services procurement, and IT infrastructure acquisition.
  • Experience in monitoring compliance with procurement, legal, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Skilled in defining RFP templates, procurement models, and evaluation frameworks for large-scale IT projects.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficient in aligning procurement frameworks with enterprise application development and architecture needs.
  • Experienced in risk assessment, documentation, and governance across procurement and contracts.
