Job Overview:The Senior Legal Executive is a critical role responsible for reviewing and negotiating contracts across various jurisdictions, including the US, UK, and EU. This position involves providing legal advice on contractual obligations and commercial terms.Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract reviews and negotiations
  • Providing legal advice on contractual obligations and commercial terms
  • Attending customer and vendor negotiation calls
  • Handling data privacy matters, including legal research and drafting privacy-related clauses
  • Reviewing internal documents and policies specific to the India jurisdiction
  • Drafting and maintaining standard contract templates and playbooks
Requirements:
  • Law graduate with 4-6 years of experience
  • Strong expertise in redlining and negotiating IT/software industry-specific contracts
  • In-depth knowledge of data privacy laws, including GDPR
  • Knowledge of SaaS contracts is an added advantage
  • Experience with legal technology tools and AI-powered legal platforms is an advantage
