Drive Sales Growth

The primary objective of this role is to develop and lead a high-performing sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developing and executing effective sales strategies, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales plans that drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.

  • Building and managing a talented sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

  • Maintaining and growing existing customer relationships through excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to win new customers.

  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and optimize results.

  • Proven track record of sales success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.

  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues.

  • Highly organized and proactive, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results.
