Business Development Executive - Compliance and License Sales

The role of a Business Development Executive in the compliance and license sales sector involves engaging with organizations identified for software misuse, building persuasive conversations, and converting them into licensed customers. This requires resilience, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform under consistent pressure while meeting measurable targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Engage directly with clients identified in compliance investigations, persuading them to purchase valid licenses.
  • Manage compliance and piracy campaigns from initial notification through resolution.
  • Analyze and process case data for CRM updates, reporting, and follow-up actions.
  • Generate and qualify leads to support ongoing campaign engagement.
  • Document outcomes and contribute to process improvements.

This position demands 1+ year of experience in sales, customer engagement, or similar persuasion-driven roles, as well as proven ability to meet goals in high-pressure, target-driven environments. Proficiency in English is essential, along with excellent negotiation and communication skills. Familiarity with omni-channel outreach (calls, email, video conferencing) is also required.
