Our client is a large organization in the fintech sector, with a strong presence across India.
Job DescriptionThe incumbent will be responsible for all strategic and operational aspects of business and products in Maharashtra. Key Deliverables:
- Influencing sales organization to deliver all KPIs for zone.
- Airtel payments bank P&L owner for regions with responsibility of strategic and operational aspects of regions.
- Rollout of demand generation programs for various use-cases to enable targeted acquisition of customers.
- Acquisition of customers across various use cases through marketing and sales program.
- Ensuring right quality of customers acquired across zones.
- Getting new B2C and B2B merchant signed up cross identified use-cases as per national strategy.
- Driving products including remittance, savings accounts etc.
- People management- with sales and functional team reporting to incumbent.
- GTM and partner profitability.
A successful State Head should have:
- Proven experience in leadership role within sales department.
- Strong understanding of sector.
- Excellent strategic thinking and leadership skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
