Our client is a large organization in the fintech sector, with a strong presence across India.

Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for all strategic and operational aspects of business and products in Maharashtra. Key Deliverables:

  • Influencing sales organization to deliver all KPIs for zone.
  • Airtel payments bank P&L owner for regions with responsibility of strategic and operational aspects of regions.
  • Rollout of demand generation programs for various use-cases to enable targeted acquisition of customers.
  • Acquisition of customers across various use cases through marketing and sales program.
  • Ensuring right quality of customers acquired across zones.
  • Getting new B2C and B2B merchant signed up cross identified use-cases as per national strategy.
  • Driving products including remittance, savings accounts etc.
  • People management- with sales and functional team reporting to incumbent.
  • GTM and partner profitability.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A successful State Head should have:

  • Proven experience in leadership role within sales department.
  • Strong understanding of sector.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and leadership skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
