Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic VP/Director Sales to build, lead, and scale the sales function for our creative and design services division. This senior leadership role will define the sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and strengthen our brand presence in key international markets (US, Europe, and the Middle East). You will own the sales P&L, from target setting to profitability management.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & P&L Management

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Manage full P&L for the creative services sales division, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and service offerings.
- Forge strategic partnerships to open new revenue streams.

Team Building & Mentorship

- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing inside sales team.
- Establish a culture of success with clear KPIs, coaching, and growth plans.
- Set sales targets and design incentive programs to motivate performance.

Team Reporting:

- Monitor sales metrics, campaign performance, and team KPIs.
- Lead weekly/monthly business reviews and report to leadership.
- Ensure timely proposal development, contract execution, and project initiation.
- Improve sales processes and client engagement frameworks continuously.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: 7+ years in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing sales teams.
- Proven Leadership: Track record in building and scaling sales functions, including hiring and training talent.
- Industry Background: Experience selling creative services, consulting, KPO, or similar intangible B2B services to international markets (US market experience mandatory).
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to turn business goals into actionable sales strategies.
- Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L ownership and revenue accountability.
- Communication Skills: Executive presence and world-class communication skills.
- Passion for Creativity (Bonus): Interest in design, presentations, and the creative industry.
