Job Summary

As a strategic leader in medical affairs, this role involves developing and implementing medical strategies that align with business goals. The ideal candidate will provide robust support to medico-marketing initiatives and facilitate collaboration between medical and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement medical strategies to support product positioning and research and development.
  • Provide regular inputs and strategic advice on promotional activities to the marketing team.
  • Prepare comprehensive product manuals, training programs, and evaluation reports to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Design and develop Continuing Medical Education (CME) materials and presentations to support ongoing education initiatives.
  • Evaluate new product ideas and presentations, providing insights and recommendations to the marketing and business development teams.
  • Conduct medical training sessions for field staff to enhance their understanding of products and therapeutic areas.
  • Participate in clinical studies to gather relevant data and insights.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, providing strategic recommendations to inform company positioning and development efforts.
Requirements

This role requires an advanced degree in life sciences, minimum 15 years of experience in medical affairs or related fields, strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, and excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong understanding of the therapeutic landscape, excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders.
