Job Title: General Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Medical Affairs strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing support and product evaluation, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement medical materials, training programs, and Continuing Medical Education (CME) materials.
  • Provide strategic advice on promotional activities and ensure accurate messaging and compliance.
  • Evaluate new product ideas and presentations, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct medical training sessions for field staff.
  • Participate in clinical studies to gather relevant data and insights.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging science to inform company positioning and development efforts.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in life sciences (MBBS, MD) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 15 years in medical affairs or related fields, with a focus on marketing support and product evaluation.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, clinical development processes, and the therapeutic landscape.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
