Medical Strategy Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Strategy Director to lead the development, implementation, and execution of comprehensive Medical Affairs plans across assigned Therapy Areas. This strategic role requires expertise in scientific affairs and the ability to provide critical input into clinical trial or research-related activities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Align country medical strategies with global objectives, leveraging local insights and market dynamics.
  • Cultivate scientific exchange and engagement through meetings, symposia, congresses, and Continuous Medical Education (CME) initiatives.
  • Provide informed scientific input for clinical trial or research activity development and execution.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with area responsibilities, implementing internal controls as necessary.
