Medical Research Director

We are seeking a Medical Research Director to lead our clinical trials and research activities. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of clinical trials, including protocol development, investigator recruitment, and study completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement clinical trial protocols that meet regulatory requirements.
  • Recruit and manage clinical investigators to ensure high-quality data collection.
  • Negotiate study designs and budgets with internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field such as medicine, biology, or public health.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in clinical research or management.
  • Strong knowledge of medical affairs, clinical trial management, and regulatory compliance.
