We are looking for a Commercial & Research Insights professional to be part of our esteemed Organization- Hansa Research Group Pvt Ltd. to expand our FMCG & other business

Primary Responsibilities:

Create an effective Quantitative research strategy

Should be responsible for Client Management: Client Retention & Growth

Cultivate strong & effective working relationships with internal stakeholders & clients

Ensures the achievement of annual revenue goals through a comprehensive strategy.

Should be responsible for Team Management & Development

To lead own, manage and drive delivery of projects

Maintain a PR presence for the business within appropriate external arenas, for example, trade shows, media interact and exhibition

To participate in organization level strategic activities and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Builds on the company role as a thought leader in the data driven innovative products and services

Oversee Branding and Reputation Management of the Organization

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

Proven leadership in building relationships to develop and deliver on client commitments with a wide range of stakeholders in FMCG Sector

Should have demonstrated Thought leadership in FMCG Sector

Good Analytical Skills & Problem solving ability

Strong written and verbal communication skills, a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (in yrs): 10-12 years of prior Market Research Experience with well-known organizations handling the FMCG clientele
