Job Overview
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Medical Lead to support our country medical affairs strategy. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of medical affairs, scientific exchange, and engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of medical affairs activities within designated therapy areas.
- Coordinate scientific meetings, symposia, congresses, and other medical/scientific exchange and engagement activities.
- Develop and execute engagement plans for country customer-facing activities and events.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in medical governance, medical safety, clinical trial design, data & reporting, and medical science.
Essential Requirements:
- MBBS/MD degree with at least 2+ years of industry experience.
- Operations management and project management skills.
- Clinical trial design, data & reporting, and medical science knowledge.
- Medical education and scientific engagement expertise.
