Job Summary">

As a key member of our cross-functional franchise team, you will serve as a core scientific expert and disease area specialist. You will be responsible for providing scientific enablement to support business cluster objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and manage various medical activities aligned with the franchise strategy, including new product ideation, evaluation, and therapeutic rationale.
  • Provide medical support for regulatory submissions and prepare SEC presentations for defense in SEC meetings.
  • Lead pre-launch and launch preparations, including product monographs, training manuals, CME slides, and franchise medical education programs.
  • Review and approve promotional and non-promotional materials.
  • Engage with key opinion leaders through medical affairs activities to shape disease areas of interest.
Requirements">

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A strong academic record with deep knowledge of the therapeutic area.
  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry or research company, preferably as a HO Medical Advisor or Sr Medical Advisor.
  • Working knowledge of Indian regulations pertaining to healthcare professionals, MCI code of ethics for doctors, UCPMP Code for Pharma, and Drugs and Cosmetic Act regulations.
  • Strategic mindset, scientific acumen, and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with complex business environments is preferred.
