Job Title: IT Acquisition and Sourcing Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced IT Acquisition and Sourcing Expert to join our team at Contec Global Group. As an IT procurement professional, you will be responsible for acquiring and sourcing IT goods and services that meet our company's needs, while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and source IT goods and services that meet business needs and support organizational growth.
  • Collaborate with IT, finance, and legal departments to identify procurement requirements, build RFPs, set priorities, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Source and evaluate IT vendors for hardware, software, services, and cloud solutions.
  • Negotiate and manage IT contracts, including licensing agreements, maintenance contracts, and cloud service agreements.
  • Monitor vendor performance and address issues related to quality, delivery, and service to ensure long-term supplier reliability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in IT procurement, with exposure to both domestic and international procurement.
  • Hands-on experience with releasing POs, timely invoice processing, and international shipments.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in contract management and understanding of legal terms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong focus on cost control and risk management.

Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per annum (depending on experience)
