Digital Content Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Technical Leader in YouTube operations, focusing on content management and publishing.
The role involves optimizing storage infrastructure, workflows, and pipelines to ensure seamless content delivery. You will build and manage tools within YouTube Studio to support media companies in managing their content and driving business growth.
In addition, you will work closely with third-party metadata providers to ensure high-quality video and metadata. Your expertise in data processing, data infrastructure, and quality problems will be essential in this role.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who can lead large-scale projects and develop high-performing teams. If you have a passion for technology and leadership, we encourage you to apply.
Job Requirements:• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.• 8 years of experience with software development in languages such as Python, C++, Java, or JavaScript.• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role with 2 years in people management.• Experience in data processing, data infrastructure, and quality problems with third-party data.• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and develop high-performing teams.
