Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sitecore Specialist to support our transition to Sitecore XM Cloud, manage ongoing content updates, and ensure SEO best practices are implemented across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sitecore XM Cloud Transition Support: Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support the migration to Sitecore XM Cloud. Assist in content mapping, quality checks, and publishing during the transition. Monitor progress and flag issues related to content structure, formatting, or user experience.
  • Sitecore Maintenance: Manage routine content updates and page publishing within Sitecore. Ensure brand consistency and accuracy across all web pages. Collaborate with business units to gather and implement content changes.
  • SEO and Web Optimization: Apply basic SEO best practices, including metadata, headings, alt text, and internal linking. Monitor page performance and suggest improvements based on analytics. Coordinate with SEO specialists or agencies for deeper optimization efforts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in digital content management or website coordination.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms.
  • Sitecore experience preferred.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and web analytics.
  • Strong understanding of HTML and CSS.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Exposure to cloud-based CMS platforms or digital transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, AHREFS.
