Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and experienced Digital Content Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and developing digital marketing strategies to boost engagement and reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media content calendars efficiently.
  • Create compelling visual content and graphics for social media campaigns.
  • Write high-quality, engaging content aligned with brand voice.
  • Manage social media accounts and engage with followers across platforms.
  • Servicing clients and acting as primary client-facing point of contact.
  • Analyze engagement metrics, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of social media campaigns.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proficiency in regional languages (Kannada) – Essential for successful campaign execution.
  • Strong client servicing and client-facing experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of social media tools, analytics, and content planning.
  • Expertise in graphic designing (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Good calendar management and project handling abilities.
