Xpertz Group is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team.

Salary Range: ₹2,400,000 - ₹5,550,000 per year (approximately $30,000 - $65,000 USD)

Location: Ahmedabad

This is a full-time position that requires the candidate to have at least 1 year of experience in field sales. The ideal candidate will be able to acquire new business relationships and increase the customer base by developing strong business connections with existing customers.

The selected candidate will be responsible for selling Banking products like CASA, Debit/Credit cards, Insurance & Asset products and finding new customers from the open market by traveling within the local area/branch allotted.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To acquire New to Bank Customers and pursue new business relationships.
  2. To reach out to High Net-worth individuals.
  3. To increase the customer base by developing business relationships with existing customers.
  4. To acquire new business by selling Banking products like CASA, Debit/Credit cards, Insurance & Asset products.
  5. To find new customers from the open market by traveling within the local area/branch allotted.
