Job Description

Job Summary:

The IT Business Growth Strategist will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and identify new opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Presentation and Negotiation: Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to potential clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals to maximize sales.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • 4+ years of experience in business development for IT companies.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree in business/engineering or a related field.
