Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Strategist to join our fast-growing team at Alian Software. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting our IT services effectively. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in business development. The role is full-time and offers competitive compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Prepare and deliver effective presentations and proposals to clients
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
  • Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities
Requirements
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of web technologies and IT services
  • Experience in online bidding and lead generation
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Experience in international sales and B2B marketing
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
