Job Title: IT Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven IT Business Growth Strategist to join our expanding team. In this role, you will identify new opportunities, build lasting relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth for our cutting-edge IT solutions and services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
    • Proactively identify potential leads through targeted outreach initiatives, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
    • Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and prospects.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and nurture strong client relationships to understand their unique business needs and requirements.
    • Conduct comprehensive presentations and demos to showcase our innovative IT services and solutions.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:
    • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by generating and converting new business opportunities.
    • Prepare persuasive proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
  • Market Research:
    • Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in IT solutions.
    • Provide valuable market insights to our technical and marketing teams.
  • Collaboration:
    • Coordinate closely with our technical and project delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
    • Work collaboratively with our marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns.
  • Reporting:
    • Compile and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
    • Utilize CRM tools to track leads, activities, and sales progress effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT Sales or Business Development.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to generate high-quality leads and convert them into successful opportunities.
  • Familiarity with software solutions, mobile apps, cloud services, or SaaS products.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of IT services like Web Development, Mobile Apps, Cloud Solutions, and Enterprise Software is highly valued.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent is desirable but not mandatory.
