We are seeking an experienced IVR Tester to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in writing and executing IVR test cases within the Healthcare industry for a Conversational AI platform.

This role requires remote work from India and immediate joining. The successful candidate must be available to work 2nd shift hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, execute and automate complex functional and regression test scenarios to ensure high-quality user experiences.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data requirements.
  • Accountable for initiatives of high complexity, high risk, and high visibility; handle multiple initiatives simultaneously; provide feedback on and suggestions for improving QA Procedures.
  • Review and provide feedback on technical design and specifications through User Story / Backlog Refinement sessions.
  • Responsible for Test planning, Test Strategy, Test Summary reports, leveraging user stories, business requirements, UX design specifications.
  • Conduct Manual and automated testing, defect workflow, Agile methodology.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in software quality assurance with experience in creating test plans, tracking defects, reporting status to various levels.
  • Experience testing Omni Channel (Voice and Chat) Natural language processing (NLP), conversational AI, cognitive solutions.
  • 2+ years experience with automated test tools including Hammer On Demand, Hammer Call Master, Selenium WebDriver, Playwright.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript for test automation.
  • Knowledge and experience testing software applications within the Healthcare industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Text to Speech, Speech to Text, Postman, SOAP UI for API testing.
  • Experience working in SAFe / Agile, Rally for project and test management.
