Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality assurance and control in real estate construction projects, maintaining compliance with specifications, standards, and safety codes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement QA/QC plans, procedures, and checklists.
  • Conduct inspections and material testing (concrete, steel, finishing works, etc.).
  • Identify non-conformities and manage NCRs with corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams on quality issues.
  • Maintain QA/QC documentation, test reports, and inspection records.
  • Train site teams on quality standards and procedures.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of IS codes, quality control processes, and safety regulations.
  • Experience in the real estate or construction industry is preferred.
