Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide high-quality service support for computer systems and large format printing solutions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in service and maintenance of computers, printers, or large technical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation: Install and configure large format printers at customer locations.
  • Troubleshooting: Provide on-site troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of large format printers and computer systems.
  • Fault Diagnosis: Diagnose printer faults, perform preventive maintenance, and resolve technical issues related to printing systems and peripherals.
  • Hardware and Software Support: Troubleshoot and repair computer hardware, software, networking issues for business customers.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform calibration, alignment, and test prints to ensure optimal printer performance.
  • Service Reporting: Maintain detailed service reports after each service visit, including issue diagnosis, resolution, and parts used.
  • Technical Coordination: Coordinate with technical support teams for complex troubleshooting.
  • Spare Parts Management: Manage spare parts inventory and request replacements when needed.
  • Training and Guidance: Provide technical guidance and training to customers on proper usage and maintenance of printers and computer systems.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure timely service response and achieve defined service KPIs. Support customer escalations and follow up to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated on new printer models, software updates, and technical service procedures.
