The Business Growth Manager will be responsible for driving business expansion through market analysis, strategy development, and effective marketing execution. Key responsibilities include:

  • Market Analysis: Scan the market for new business opportunities, identify trends, and gather relevant market intelligence
  • Strategic Marketing: Develop strategic marketing plans for company services, including social media, digital marketing, and event planning
  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads, making cold calls as necessary, and manage lead follow-up processes
  • Marketing Materials: Prepare and develop marketing documents, including brochures, case studies, and press releases
  • Relationship Building: Establish key business contacts for promotion, foster strong relationships with clients and partners, and negotiate deals
  • Event Planning: Participate in promotional activities like trade fairs and seminars, and coordinate logistics for company events
  • Campaign Execution: Coordinate with advertising agencies for direct marketing campaigns, prepare RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs to support business growth initiatives, and maintain daily reports on work progress using internal corporate systems and procedures
