We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to manage sales and operations in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage retail outlets in Bengaluru, focusing on expanding business and increasing revenue.
- Coordinate with support functions to ensure consistent improvements in productivity and performance.
- Lead a team to grow commercial business, implementing sales promotion plans and new store concepts to achieve targets.
- Develop and execute product launches, sales promotion campaigns, and business development efforts to enhance revenue.

- Identify changes in market demand and modify strategies for expansion of market share and achievement of revenue targets.
- Set up budgets and manage overall sales targets for individual retail outlets.
- 12-20 years of experience in sales and operations management.
