The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across multiple business verticals. This leadership role drives employer branding, candidate experience, and strategic workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
- Recruitment & Workforce Planning: Drive end-to-end recruitment for leadership, managerial, and operational roles across business verticals.
- Employer Branding: Position the organization as an employer of choice in real estate, hospitality, and wellness sectors.
- Candidate Experience & Process Excellence: Ensure a world-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, or large-scale manpower-driven industries.
- Proven track record of scaling talent acquisition functions for rapidly growing organizations.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strategic mindset with ability to align talent strategies with business objectives.
- Deep understanding of talent trends, innovative sourcing channels, and digital recruitment.
- Ability to manage large-scale hiring while maintaining quality and speed.
