We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facebook/Meta Ads Specialist to drive results through effective campaign management and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and manage Facebook/Meta ad campaigns across various verticals.
  • Conduct audience research and build targeted strategies to achieve optimal ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing regular reports for stakeholders.
  • Test creatives, copy, and audiences to identify high-performing strategies and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment and consistency.
  • Stay updated with Meta Ads platform changes, policies, and new features to maintain expertise.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 25 years of experience managing Facebook/Meta ad campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with Ads Manager, Power Editor, and related tools.
  • Knowledge of tracking pixels, custom audiences, and retargeting strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
