**Lead Sales and Marketing Strategist

Mission: Drive Revenue Growth through Innovative Marketing Initiatives

  • Revenue Generation: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase corporate referral patients and revenue.
  • Leadership: Hire, train, and retain a highly competent marketing team.
  • Planning: Create and implement an annual marketing plan that aligns with business objectives and provides measurable ROI.
  • Tourism: Expand medical tourism services and establish the hospital as a leader in innovative healthcare.
  • Events: Execute corporate events, community camps, and CMEs each quarter with high participation and positive feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ownership: Take ownership of tasks and drive the team to deliver high-quality service and processes.
  • Highest Standards: Set relentlessly high standards and continuously drive improvement.
  • Dive Deep: Operate at all levels, staying connected to details and questioning anecdotal stories that don't match data.
  • Deliver Results: Focus on key inputs for the team and deliver them with the right quality and on time.
  • Teamwork: Promote collaboration and ensure open communication among team members.
  • Marketing Acumen: Create and execute marketing campaigns that effectively communicate healthcare services and USPs.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, TPAs, doctors, and other stakeholders crucial for business development.
  • Project Management: Develop sales plans and manage multiple sales initiatives, ensuring timely execution.

Experience managing and leading teams is essential. An MBA and background in the healthcare or pharma industry are preferred but not required.
