">Job Summary:
As a sales manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets by effectively leading the sales team.
The ideal candidate will develop and execute a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and enhances its market presence.
Key responsibilities include owning talent acquisition, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives, building and nurturing strong, long-lasting customer relationships, and presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
You will also identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Our client is seeking an experienced sales manager with excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as expertise in sales and marketing recruitment.
Responsibilities include:
- Talent acquisition, training and mentoring sales representatives
- Designing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners
- Presenting sales reports and forecasts to the management team
- Identifying emerging markets and market shifts
