We are seeking a seasoned Associate Director to lead client operations at Dvio Digital Private Limited. Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, delivering value, quality, and responsiveness to meet their objectives.
  • Primary Client Contact: Act as the main point of contact, deeply understanding client needs and expectations.
  • Strategic Sell-In and Ideation: Partner with Strategy and Creative teams to develop and implement sell-in strategies, pre-condition clients, and protect core campaign ideas.
  • Media Planning and Execution: Lead strategic media planning, annual campaign development, and execution discussions with clients.
  • Project Oversight: Manage project tracking, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
  • Revenue Maximization: Drive revenue growth through client retention, contract renewals, and maximizing client value.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and address potential issues, developing solutions to minimize risk.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Negotiation: Proven negotiation skills to secure optimal outcomes for clients.
Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
