IT Technical Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Technical Specialist to fill this position.
- This role involves managing services on messaging and file transfer technologies, effectively and efficiently managing MTS services to end-users and application teams.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in IT infrastructure related fields, preferably within an outsourcing or managed services environment.
- A successful System Specialist must be able to manage services on messaging and file transfer technologies.
- Prior experience in automation, vulnerability management, asset and license management, capacity management, resiliency, DR process, BCP, and ITIL V3 knowledge is desirable.
A strong project management skillset, cost control, budgets, and optimization skills are required. The ability to handle critical escalations and ensure resolution is crucial.
The role requires working independently, proposing ideas, and collaborating globally. A high level of comfort working in challenging and stressful environments is necessary.
The successful candidate will work with various technologies such as Sterling file gateway (SFG), Sterling Integrator, IBM Connect Express, and IBM Connect Direct, and possess skills in Unix/Linux, SFTP, FTP, FTPs, HTTPS, S3, and Pest (good to have).
