Technical Sales Engineer

**Job Summary:**
- Pursue potential sales leads, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide pre- and post-sales support, ensuring seamless customer experience.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, leveraging your technical expertise to meet customer needs and company objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct site visits, interact with customers, and understand their requirements to deliver tailored solutions.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products and services, meeting customer expectations.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve performance.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field, with 3-7 years of experience in construction equipment sales.
- Proven track record of success in sales, marketing, or related fields, with a focus on customer relationships and business development.
