School Government Compliance Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Government Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our school's compliance with government regulations is up-to-date and accurate.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage our regulatory compliance calendar, ensuring that all necessary documentation is prepared, scanned, and archived for audits or renewals. You will also attend inspections, accompany officials, and ensure that corrective action plans are followed.
In addition to your compliance responsibilities, you will identify reliable vendors, collect quotes, evaluate, and negotiate pricing. You will also monitor work completion and report service quality issues.
You will work closely with our legal advisors to align our school policy with the latest education mandates. Your strong negotiation and coordination skills will be essential in managing vendor relationships and contracts.
