Job Title

The Manager - Governance and Audit is responsible for implementing governance frameworks, monitoring compliance status, and supporting the execution of the Risk-Audit-Compliance-Monitoring program across the organization.

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
  1. Implement and monitor Governance & RACM framework across functions and projects.
  2. Maintain a central tracker for risk identification, compliance checklists, and audit observation closures.
  3. Conduct training sessions and awareness programs on SOP adherence and internal governance.
  4. Work closely with site and cluster teams to build a culture of compliance and ownership.
  5. Review adherence to Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICoFR), SOPs, and statutory requirements.
  6. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for OE Testing.
  7. Provide inputs during policy review, EIP implementation, and process standardization.
Key Skills and Competencies
  • Strong understanding of statutory and regulatory frameworks.
  • Process-oriented with good documentation and follow-up discipline.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Good coordination and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel to project sites across geographies.
