Workday Consultant Position

We are seeking an experienced Workday consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement Workday solutions for clients, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Lead small-scale project implementations, manage workload, and assist the team in all phases of the delivery lifecycle.
  • Develop complex configurations, manage data transformation, and perform EIB Data loads.
  • Provide go-live assistance and ongoing support to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Oversee data conversion activities related to absence, time tracking, benefits, HCM, compensation, recruiting, talent, performance, and payroll.
  • Collaborate with leads, project managers, and clients to deliver projects efficiently.
  • Multitask and engage on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects, providing leadership and stakeholders with accurate information for informed decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in Workday technical and functional areas, with experience in developing and delivering complex solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll configuration build and migrations, data conversion, and reporting concepts.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new skills and technologies.
  • Self-motivation and ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.

Eligibility:

  • Minimum 5 years of Workday experience and a total of 12 years of industry experience.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
