Workday Integration Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and integrating Workday modules with various enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in Workday integration and configuration, as well as 4 years of experience in ERP integration, particularly with SAP ECC/S4HANA. You should also have a deep understanding of procurement processes and vendor management, as well as a Workday HCM Certification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure Workday Modules: Configure Workday modules such as Human Capital Management (HCM), Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, and Benefits.
  • Integrate SAP Ariba with ERP Systems: Integrate SAP Ariba with ERP systems, including SAP ECC/S4HANA.
  • Develop Test Scenarios and Support UAT: Develop test scenarios and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Analyze Business Requirements and Translate Them into Workday Configurations: Analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday configurations.
  • Assist in Go-Live Planning and Post-Deployment Support: Assist in go-live planning and post-deployment support.

Requirements

  • Workday Integration Experience: 6+ years of experience in Workday integration and configuration.
  • ERP Integration Experience: 4 years of experience in ERP integration, particularly with SAP ECC/S4HANA.
  • Procurement Processes Understanding: Deep understanding of procurement processes and vendor management.
  • Certifications: Workday HCM Certification.
