We are seeking a skilled Workday Expenses professional to lead our team in optimizing business processes.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Expenses module of Workday, with a strong understanding of configuration, integrations, and data transmission. They will provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices and partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Providing ongoing support and development for the Expense Module in Workday.
  • Ensuring seamless enhancements of new Workday features and functionality.
  • Partnering with internal teams to understand pain points and identify areas for process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Leading finance workstreams to design, configure, test, and deploy leading practice-based business processes and solutions.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
  • Staying up-to-date with Workday developments and applying this knowledge to drive business improvements.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of Workday Expenses experience with proficiency in HCM.
  • Excellent knowledge of Workday Expense Configuration, Security Administration, Business Process Configuration, and EIB.
  • Proven functional expertise in the Expense module, familiarity with delivered functionality and reports, and experience performing administrative tasks.
