Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Finance Expert to lead successful implementations and support engagements for Workday Financials.

This role involves hands-on execution of project deliverables, client consultation, and mentoring junior consultants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead or support end-to-end implementations of Workday Financials for mid-sized to large enterprise clients.
  • Facilitate discovery and planning workshops, gather requirements, and design scalable solutions aligned with best practices.
  • Configure business processes, reports, and integrations in Workday Financials modules.
  • Perform rigorous testing and provide ongoing support throughout deployment.
  • Ensure quality and consistency in deliverables across multiple projects.
Client Engagement:
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Workday Financials, offering strategic advice and best practices to clients.
  • Interpret client requirements, propose alternative solutions, and align system configuration with business goals.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships through proactive communication and thought leadership.
Leadership & Mentorship:
  • Guide junior consultants by assigning tasks, reviewing work, and providing developmental feedback.
  • Share implementation insights and product knowledge across teams and internal forums.
  • Contribute to methodology improvements and best practice documentation.
Internal Collaboration:
  • Participate in internal initiatives, training sessions, and domain-specific working groups to enhance capabilities.
  • Engage with the broader Workday ecosystem, contributing to product discussions and community knowledge sharing.
