Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Chief Talent Acquisition Strategist for Healthcare Sector to lead and streamline our recruitment operations. This role demands extensive experience in healthcare recruitment, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of achieving organizational hiring goals. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment strategies and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare sector.
  • Oversight of the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to their onboarding.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to meet team objectives.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and adapting to new country-specific recruitment processes, training the team to deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Collaboration with internal departments, including marketing and HR, to enhance employer branding and improve the overall candidate experience.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with proven experience in healthcare recruitment and a deep understanding of the industry. Strong leadership and team management skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, are essential. We are seeking someone with a results-oriented mindset who is focused on meeting targets and deadlines. Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is required, as is a thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
