Revenue Management Professional

As a key member of our team, the Revenue Manager will be responsible for managing international clients.

Key responsibilities include managing revenue and distribution functions for hotels, hotel apartments, and holiday homes. A proven track record of leadership and clarity of thought in executing revenue decisions is essential.

We are focused on adding value to our partners on every parameter that we engage with them.

This role offers a chance to travel in India and abroad and interact with diverse partners, going beyond day-to-day pricing and inventory management.

The ideal candidate will undergo intense training orientation to achieve optimal returns on time invested. Additionally, they will assist in recruiting and training new team members as the company expands.

  • Developing Commercial Strategies: Create and implement successful commercial strategies for partners to maximize room sales and revenue.
  • Culture Replication: Ensure the company culture is replicated in all actions undertaken on behalf of partners.
  • Market Trend Adjustment: Adjust strategies according to market trends to optimize performance.
  • Revenue Budgeting: Assist the Founder in finalizing departments' revenue budgets and forecasts.
  • Forecasting: Complete weekly and monthly rolling forecasts based on trends.
  • Weekly Revenue Meetings: Organize weekly revenue meetings with the Founder for all partners, ensuring execution of sales strategies and supervision of sales and marketing actions.
  • Performance Optimization: Leverage knowledge of revenue management systems, PMS tools, and OTA extranets to optimize performance.
  • Selling Strategies: Maintain consistent selling strategies across channels and develop systems to grow business opportunities.
  • Record Keeping: Record and maintain accurate ongoing controls for all systems.
  • Daily Revenue Evaluation: Evaluate daily revenue and market confidence, providing suggestions for price and strategy adjustments to Commercial teams.
