Job Title: Senior Store Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced senior store manager to lead our flagship boutique in Delhi.

The successful candidate will drive sales success, provide exceptional customer service, and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end ownership of the store, building relationships with high net worth clients, and closing high-value jewelry sales.
  • Provide strategic leadership to the boutique team, setting clear goals and objectives to drive sales and profitability.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve targets.
  • Manage staffing needs, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and events at the store.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in direct luxury sales or real estate consultancy firms.
  • Exceptional ability to sell and engage with high net worth clients at a personal level.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with high net worth customers.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of driving sales and profitability in a high-pressure retail environment.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, luxury brands, and the latest developments in the retail industry.
