Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to lead our performance marketing efforts. This role involves managing and optimizing campaigns across various channels to maximize return on investment (ROI).

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing campaigns to drive results. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience running digital marketing campaigns extensively.
  • Managed marketing budgets of ₹30 lakhs or more.
  • At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Familiarity with lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and interest-based audiences.

About the Role

This role involves managing Meta Ads & Google ads for performance marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing campaigns across various channels to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). They will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop best-in-class marketing campaigns optimized for new user acquisition, relevance, and customer preferences.

  • Manage and optimize high-performing ads on Meta and Google platforms.
  • Create and execute innovative campaign ideas that drive results.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with team leads to prioritize initiatives and deliver high returns on performance marketing spends.
