About the Role

You'll lead digital marketing strategy across channels like Google Ads, Meta, optimizing performance and collaborating with content & creative teams to drive measurable results.

We're looking for an expert who has scaled digital marketing campaigns before and thrives in a lean, agile, and fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, etc.
  • Monitor, optimize, and report on key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPL...)
  • Run A/B tests to refine creatives, messaging, and audience targeting
  • Align campaign strategy with business-wide goals through close collaboration
  • Stay sharp on platform trends, tools, and digital marketing best practices

Requirements

  • 5+ years in performance-driven digital marketing
  • Proven track record in scaling high-impact digital campaigns
  • Strong analytical mindset; hands-on with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
  • Clear communicator with strong reporting skills
  • Based in California or available during Pacific Time hours
  • Startup or remote work experience is a plus
