Job Title

The role of a Commercial Manager involves developing and implementing strategies to expand the presence in South India, ensuring sustainable growth in the region.

This position requires leveraging deep regulatory expertise and building strong relationships with corporate buyers and industrial consumers.

  • Identify potential customers and assess business opportunities.
  • Develop a market sizing model to refine growth strategies.
  • Engage large consumers for open-access power sales and drive PPA agreements under various models.

Key responsibilities also include building strong relationships with industry stakeholders, structuring competitive pricing models, highlighting cost savings for customers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory norms and risk mitigation in contracts.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, with 10-15 years of experience in C&I power sales and/or business development, or regulatory affairs in the Renewable Energy industry.

They will have a deep understanding of South India's C&I landscape and be able to provide market insights, regulatory updates, and business performance analysis to support decision-making.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in C&I power sales and/or business development, or regulatory affairs in the Renewable Energy industry.
