Job Description

A dynamic and data-driven senior manager is sought to lead the total rewards strategy for our organization.

  • Develops and implements total rewards strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Leads the annual operating plan process for workforce costs, ensuring cross-functional alignment with finance and business heads.
  • Conducts detailed manpower planning in collaboration with talent acquisition and business partners.
  • Designs and manages compensation structures, pay ranges, and benchmarking exercises using market data and internal equity principles.
  • Drives data-driven insights and designs dashboards and analytics around rewards, headcount, productivity, and cost trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 6–8 years of experience in compensation & benefits / rewards / HR analytics, preferably in the BFSI sector.
  • Postgraduate degree in HR / MBA from a recognized institute.
  • Deep understanding of manpower planning, AOP, total rewards, C&B frameworks, and incentive design.
  • Strong analytical and numerical ability with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, HR dashboards, and compensation tools.
