Product Growth Leader

We seek a seasoned product growth expert to drive customer expansion initiatives through strategic consulting and hands-on execution.

About the Role

This key position combines data-driven insights with experimentation to fuel business growth. Key responsibilities include building and scaling rewards & loyalty programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and presenting actionable insights to leadership.

  • Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies leveraging market research and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and business teams to optimize growth funnels, lifecycle management, and cohort analysis.
  • Design and execute A/B tests and champion/challenger experiments to inform product development and business decisions.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA/Master's from a top-tier institution is preferred.
  • 4-6 years of total experience, including at least 2 years in B2C hyper-frequent use cases or 2-3 years in top-tier consulting.
  • Proven expertise in SQL, Excel, and analytics tools (Tableau/Python preferred).
