Technical Support Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This support-focused role requires strong technical expertise to ensure system stability, manage smooth deployments on AWS and Azure, and lead technical onboarding for new clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first line of technical support for clients and internal teams, investigating and resolving issues as needed.
  • Manage deployments to AWS and Azure, and improve CI/CD pipelines and automated build/release processes.
  • Lead the technical onboarding for new clients, working to streamline the process.
  • Fix bugs and enhance system reliability using Java (Java 8, Spring Boot, MySQL).
  • Improve support tools, logging, and monitoring to enable faster issue detection and resolution.
  • Work closely with engineering, product, and customer teams to deliver a seamless experience.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills and experience navigating backend codebases.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, Bash scripting, and deployment on AWS/Azure.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a passion for support and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating across teams.
  • Knowledge of web application security is a plus.
  • DevOps/CI-CD exposure is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
