Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger. They will also be responsible for preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports to senior management.

  • Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports to senior management.
  • Monitor cash flow, investments, and cash forecasting.
  • Manage budgeting processes and support cross-functional departmental budget planning.
Accounting & Compliance Expertise

Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and local tax regulations.

  • Timely and accurately file all Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns.
  • Handle GST audits, assessments, and departmental notices.
  • Timely and accurately file income tax returns.
  • Manage statutory, tax audits, assessments, and ensure timely responses.
  • Strong knowledge of transfer pricing compliance and documentation.
  • Timely and accurately file forms and returns with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
  • Timely and accurately file with the Reserve Bank of India.
  • Maintain documentation and records for all Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA)-related transactions.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Strategic Support

Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

  • Collaborate with senior management on financial planning and risk management.
  • Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Ad hoc projects and analysis as needed.
Team Leadership

Supervise and mentor accounting staff.

  • Ensure continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
  • Train staff on financial systems and compliance requirements.
