Comprehensive Financial Expertise Required

We are seeking a highly competent financial professional certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants to join our team in India.

The role involves delivering extensive accounting, taxation, auditing, and financial planning services to our domestic Indian clientele.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and finalization of financial statements as per Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and applicable accounting guidelines.
  • Conduct statutory and internal audits ensuring adherence to compliance requirements laid down by ICAI and regulatory bodies.
  • Prepare, review, and file Income Tax returns, GST returns, and other statutory compliance documents.
  • Manage audits including statutory, tax, internal, and compliance audits.
  • Provide financial planning and advisory services, ensuring clients comply with relevant taxation regulations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate compliance with ROC filings, tax audits, and regulatory reporting.
  • Offer guidance and support for corporate finance activities, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Liaise with government authorities, regulatory agencies, and banking institutions as necessary.
  • Maintain client relationships through regular interactions, providing strategic financial advice and solutions.
  • Keep abreast of changes in taxation laws, regulatory updates, and accounting standards.
  • Train and mentor junior financial professionals, facilitating their professional growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI (Mandatory).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Indian accounting, taxation, and statutory audits.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ind AS, GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and regulatory compliances.
  • Experience in reputable financial firms or corporate finance roles preferred.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (Tally ERP, Zoho Books, SAP, etc.) and taxation tools.
